ABOUT US

Welcome to PlaySafelySports

We're here for the millions of youth athlete injuries that go unprevented each year. But we don't stop there, our training prepares coaches to protect the whole athlete so they have the sports experience they deserve.

We were formed in 2020 as the technology arm of the CoachSafely Foundation to deliver the online injury recognition and prevention course and capture course completion data.

Since then, we've implemented a training management tool providing a seamless coach training solution for youth athletic association and league administrators. Our course has been taken more than 70,000 times to date.

SAFER FIELDS & COURTS ACROSS AMERICA

With the goal of creating a total safety solution to maximize our impact on the youth sports injury epidemic, as defined by the Centers for Disease and Control and Prevention, we developed a system to track coach training compliance for youth athletic associations requesting use of athletic facilities.

Our facility compliance tool helps make fields, courts, gyms, and pools safer for our youth athletes while providing legal protections for facility owners. Our software enables connectivity among associations, leagues, and facilities and visibility into the safety credentials of the coaches charged with protecting our youngest athletes.

Coach using LineUp software for injury reporting

COACH-FIRST INJURY REPORTING

COACH-FIRST INJURY REPORTING

Additionally, PlaySafelySports LineUp software has been launched as a coach-first solution to athlete injury reporting. It accounts for the the absence of athletic trainers at the 14 and under level of play. At its core is one simple action: taking attendance. From there, we created a seamless mobile experience similar to that of popular team management software.

The future holds connectivity to an athletic trainer network and a national pilot program.

Coach is an athlete's first line of defense, equipping them to protect their athletes can change the game.
